This portal is operated by the East Midlands Area Committee.

What we collect

When you place an order we collect only what is needed to fulfil it:

  • your name (or the name the order should be addressed to)
  • your email address, so we can confirm the order
  • a phone number, if you choose to give one
  • your group name and group number, if you are ordering for a group
  • the postal address the order should be sent to, and any notes you add
  • the literature ordered, and the total

Anonymity matters in NA. You do not need to give a surname, and you should give only what the Literature Secretary needs in order to get literature to you.

How it is used

Order details are sent to the East Midlands Area Literature Secretary so the order can be placed with UKSO and posted out to you, and are stored in the portal’s order records. They are not used for marketing, and they are not shared with anyone outside the Area Literature Committee beyond what is needed to place the supplier order.

Payment

Card payment is not enabled on this portal. Payment is arranged locally with the Literature Secretary, and no card details are collected here.

Your basket

Your basket is stored in your own browser, not on our servers. No tracking or advertising cookies are used anywhere on this portal.

Retention and your rights

Order records are kept for as long as the Area Literature Committee needs them for accounting and reconciliation, and are then deleted. To ask what is held about you, or to ask for it to be corrected or deleted, contact the Literature Secretary via Contact Us.
