About This Portal

Who runs this service

This portal is run by the East Midlands Area Committee for NA groups and members within the East Midlands Area. It is a local service of the Area Literature Committee. It is not run by, endorsed by, or affiliated with the UK Service Office, and it is not the official UKSO website.

Where the catalogue comes from

Product names, UKSO SKUs, prices, images and supplier availability are read once a day from the publicly available UK Service Office catalogue. Availability shown against a product is UKSO’s stock position, not East Midlands Area stock — the Area holds no stock through this system.

Every page that lists products shows when the catalogue was last synchronised. If UKSO changes a price between synchronisations, the price you pay is the one held at the moment you place your order, and the Literature Secretary will contact you if a supplier price has since changed materially.

What you pay

You pay only the listed literature price. The East Midlands Area absorbs supplier delivery costs, the cost of posting your order on to you, and card-processing costs, so no delivery charge, processing fee or markup is ever added to your order.

What happens after you order

Your order is sent immediately to the East Midlands Area Literature Secretary, who places the corresponding order with UKSO. Once UKSO has delivered it to him, he posts your literature out to you individually, at no cost to your group. You will also receive a confirmation email with a copy of your order.
