This website is operated by the East Midlands Area Committee. It is not the official UK Service Office website, and orders are processed locally through the East Midlands Area Literature Secretary.

Delivery

No delivery charge

The East Midlands Area absorbs delivery and card-processing costs. You pay only the current UKSO catalogue price of the literature ordered.

How your literature reaches you

The Literature Secretary places a consolidated order with UKSO. Once UKSO has delivered that order to him, he posts each group’s literature out individually. You do not need to collect anything, and there is no postage cost to your group — the East Midlands Area covers it.

At checkout you can say whether the order should go to your group or to you, give the postal address it should go to, and add anything else the Secretary needs to know.

If the Secretary already holds a current address for your group you can leave the address blank, but giving one is the surest way to avoid a delay.

Timescales

Orders are consolidated and placed with UKSO periodically, so there are two steps to wait for: UKSO delivering to the Literature Secretary, and the Secretary posting your order on to you. Items that UKSO shows as out of stock, on backorder or as a custom order will take longer — the availability shown against each product is UKSO’s current position, and the Secretary will let you know if something is delayed.

Changes and returns

To change or cancel an order before it has been placed with UKSO, or to correct a postal address, contact the Literature Secretary as soon as possible, quoting your order number. See Contact Us.
